Haywood County Mayor David Livingston recognized Brownsville Alderman Carolyn Flagg as a “favorite daughter of Haywood County” Monday, May 17. He called Flagg a “dedicated public servant,” citing her work on the Brownsville City Board and volunteer service to organizations including National Night Out, Boys & Girls Club and American Cancer Society.
