Funeral services are set for tomorrow for Joseph Stephens. Stephens is the son of Haywood County Commission Chairman Joe Stephens and his wife Pam. Stephens’ services are at 3pm Tuesday at Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. He died last week in Dallas, Texas.
