A roadblock on Sunny Hill Cove for the Exit 56 Blues Fest was approved by the City Board last night. It’s for the May 27 Brownsville Blues Fest. The Blues Fest will celebrate Blues pioneers Sleepy John Estes and Hammie Nixon. The event will be held at the Delta Heritage Center.
