Grant and local taxpayer cash would fund the East Main Street location’s project. Repairs and upgrades range from interior walls to the parking lot to signage. An American Rescue Plan (ARP) grant will pay just under $500,000 of the cost while county taxpayers will fund the balance—about $125,000.
