Yesterday morning leaders held a pancake proclamation breakfast in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The month-long awareness campaign is sponsored by Women’s Resource and Rape Assistance Program (WRAP) and works to stop partner violence. Brownsville Mayor Bill Rawls and Stanton Mayor Allan Sterbinsky read and signed the proclamation yesterday morning.
