In the wake of the winter storm, President Donald Trump has declared an Emergency Declaration for Tennessee. Governor Bill Lee says it “…provides rapid, short-term federal assistance..” The declaration also provides federal assistance to state and local governments and coordination of federal resources to support life-saving and life-sustaining actions
