Plastic Container Corporation has decided to exercise their option to purchase a City-owned building leased by the company since 2003. The building, located at 540 Lasco Street, will be purchased for $800,000. Plastic Container Corporation has run their business out of the facility for the past 15 years while the City has maintained the building.
