The Brownsville Board of Mayor and Aldermen meet this afternoon. The agenda includes rezoning and a final vote for the annexation of property on Highway 76 South just south of I-40. The small tract, sources say, will be used for the development of a new hotel. The City Board meets at 5:30 at City Hall
