New zoning rules will likely be adopted when the Brownsville City Board meets this afternoon at 5:30. The new rules include the second and final votes regulations for Multi-Family Dwellings, Design Review Guidelines and one rezoning ordinance. Among other items, Aldermen and the Mayor will hear an update from JECDB Chairman Joe Barden.
