The number of people hospitalized in Tennessee because of Covid-19 infections crossed the one-thousand mark yesterday. There are 1,024 in-patients. The number has grown every day for about three weeks. The state recorded 971 new infections and 19 deaths. There are 28 active cases in Haywood County.
