The Haywood County Commission meets tonight at 6pm—while the agenda is long, there isn’t a lot of substantive work that calls for action. Commissioners will elect a Chairman and Vice-Chairman. The incumbents are Mayor David Livingston, Chairman, and Jeffrey Richmond, Vice-Chairman. Expect some grant discussion and consideration of the sale of surplus sheriff’s cars. ...
