Two people were arrested this week by Brownsville Police and Drug Task Force officers. Police Chief Kelvin Evans said Jason Woodland and Skyler Smith were arrested in separate investigations. Officers served a search warrant in the 1000 block of Tambell Street. At about the same time, they received information that led to a traffic stop. ...
