BROWNSVILLE, Tenn.—Thursday afternoon, the Brownsville Historic Zoning Commission elected Rhonda Thompson, Evan Ellington, and Hayden Hooper to lead the Brownsville Historic Zoning board. Thompson was appointed Chair, Ellington appointed Co-Chair, and Hooper was appointed Secretary; all are one-year appointments.
