Brownsville’s Board of Zoning Appeals meets this afternoon. They’ll be considering providing a variance for the hotel that’s planned south of Exit-56. The set-back at the back of the hotel doesn’t comply. The builder is asking that they be permitted an adjustment to the rules. The board meets at 5 PM at City Hall
