Senator Page Walley and the Tennessee Senate honored William “Sonny” Howse yesterday. Howse is retiring after 36 years as the Haywood County Trustee. Howse, wife Faye, daughter Kim and son-in-law Brad were in the Senate chambers for the honor. Howse is still at work for now—his term ends in August.
