We learned yesterday that funeral services for IDB Chairman Aubrey Bond are incomplete. Bond, who has missed several IDB meetings because of illness, passed away February 9. He was 71. The funeral arrangements will be through Rawls Funeral Home. Kathy Watts is the IDB’s vice-chairman and has been conducting business in Bonds’ recent absence.
