BROWNSVILLE, Tenn.—Early voting in the Brownsville Municipal Election ends Thursday. So far only 249 of the 3,000 registered voters have attended the polls. Fourteen people voted Saturday. Administrator of Elections Andrea Smothers says 47 people from Ward 1 have voted but 202 from Ward 3 have cast ballots. Voting hours today are 9am to 1pm. ...
