Last night, Mayor David Livingston was reelected Chairman and Budget Chairman Jeffrey Richmond was reelected Vice-Chairman of the Haywood County Commission. Elections for the top spots are held each September. The commission met in regular monthly session, spending two hours on topics ranging from garbage disposal to grant applications.
