Terreo Bates, 20, was found shot and fatally wounded after an early morning shooting Saturday. Police released information about the incident late yesterday. Police Chief Kelvin Evans said officers responded to Tammbell Apartments a little after 1am Saturday morning. They found Bates lying outside of a residence; he was dead apparently from multiple gunshot wounds. ...
