Last night Brownsville’s City Board approved spending $81,850 for a “water management system.” The equipment serves the Brownsville Police and Fire Departments. The Board also approved a Plan of Service for the newly annexed area south if I-40’s Exit 56. Annexation requires a narrative describing police and fire protection, sewer, gas, lighting and other infrastructure. ...
