BROWNSVILLE, Tenn.–One man was seriously hurt and another sustained minor injury in a New Year’s Day car crash. The accident, on Highway 19 west, occurred about 2pm. According to the THP’s report, two vehicles hit nearly head-on. One of the victims was flown to a Memphis hospital and is expected to recover.
