He worked there for decades and was the manager of the Brownsville Utility Department also known as Brownsville Energy Authority. Regie Castellaw will be honored this afternoon at a retirement celebration. Greet, thank and wish Regie well between 4:30 and 6:30 this afternoon at the Chamber of Commerce downtown.
