Last week a three-judge panel led by Haywood County Chancery Court Judge Michael Mansfield issued a ruling in Gibson County that two Tennessee gun laws are unconstitutional. The ruling struck down a law that prohibited carrying guns in public parks and the other was a law prohibiting carrying a gun with “intent to go armed.” ...
