I remember some years ago, driving to Nashville, just past the Dickson exits, seeing road construction headed east. It seemed like that road was under construction for years. I learned it was the new Nashville bypass. Finally, it opened all the way to Murfreesboro and was called I 840. I loved to drive that road. ...
