Henry County staged a late rally in last night’s high school season opener, but the Tomcat’s purple crush defense stopped them. The final score was Haywood 30, Henry County 29 in the contest at Paris, Tennessee. The 1 and 0 Tomcats face historic rival Covington next Friday night in the home opener.
